The only time we request you do NOT include your VIN is if you are placing an order for parts that you know do not belong to your VIN, and you already know the part numbers you need (i.e. changing to trailer tow mirrors or adding back-up cameras). Including your VIN in such cases may actually cause a delay in processing. Orders with an expected delivery date of 30+ days from the time of the initial order may be subject to order cancelation. Orders that contain back-ordered parts, as well as parts that are currently in stock, may receive the available parts and a refund for all back-ordered parts with an expected delivery of 30+ days from the initial order date.
