You can return almost* any item bought on axcelant auto parts within 15 days of the date of delivery.

Return Procedure
1. Use Our Live Chat and email Feature.
Speak to one of our Customer Support Specialists via our live chat or email feature located at the
bottom right-hand corner of every page on our site. or support@axcelant.com within 15 days of your
delivery receipt.
2. Get Your Return Authorization (RA) # & amp; Form
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) # and email you the necessary RA form. You can
also download the RA Form
3. Pack & amp; Ship
Fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form and include it along with the item(s) you want to return in
the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
*** Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to
a manufacturer defect or support@axcelant.com
4. Receive Your Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a full refund of your part(s)
(excluding initial and return shipping costs, if applicable) to the original method of payment used to
place the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
